Storm came through? Get the roof checked before the next one.

Small damage after a Florida storm turns into a leak fast. Book an inspection or send us photos and we will tell you what we see.

Roofing in Central Florida

Sun, salt air and afternoon storms. Your roof takes all of it.

Central Florida roofs work harder than most. Summer heat bakes shingles and dries out seals. Afternoon thunderstorms drive rain sideways under loose edges. And every hurricane season tests every nail and every tile.

That is why we start with an honest look at the whole roof. If a repair will do the job, we will say so. If the roof is near the end of its life, we will show you why with photos, and walk you through your options before anything is signed.

When the job is done, we clean up the site and walk the roof with you so you can see the finished work for yourself.

FAQ

Questions homeowners ask us.

Still not sure? Text us a photo and ask.

How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?

It depends on the roof's age, how widespread the damage is and what is happening underneath. After an inspection we show you photos and explain which option makes sense, and why.

What happens during a roof inspection?

We check shingles or tiles, flashing, vents, gutters and the attic for signs of leaks. You get photos of anything we find and a plain-language summary.

Can I send photos instead of waiting for a visit?

Yes. Add photos to the quote form or text them to us. It helps us understand the problem before we come out.

Should I get my roof checked after a hurricane?

Yes, even if nothing looks wrong from the ground. Wind can lift shingles and crack tiles in ways you only see up close, and small gaps turn into leaks during the next storm.

Let's take a look at your roof.

Book an inspection online, call, or text us a photo. Whichever is easiest for you.
